Deborah, completed her formal interior design studies in 1995 to create a solid technical foundation to industry experience and natural flair and skill with interior design. She has been practicing interior design since 1985. Full of fresh ideas and ambition Deborah is ready to take on any project she is given with attention to detail and the utmost grace. She is now seen as a leading Houston interior designer and interior decorator. Deborah does not believe in being idle, she is also past President of the Board for Pearland neighborhood center and a fantastic tennis player. Most days you will see her sporting her tennis attire here at the showroom.
Jody Cornelius is a licensed Interior Designer and active member of ASID. Jody is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design. She received her state licensed in 2004. She has 11 years of trained color consultanting, furniture experience and works with clients to select the optimal design for the entire project. The main feedback clients give to Jody is their appreciation of how thoroughly she listens to their needs. They value her practical advice and flair with innovative interior design ideas, delivered without any “artistic temperament” or trace of “designer dramas”. Jody's strength is color and she believes color is the foundation of all memorable style. Colors can be combined, layered and injected with pattern, texture and subtle effects to create distinctive interior designs. Jody is a member of the Bootstrap Foundation and Pearland Crossfit.
April McLean, graduated with a degree in Interior Design from Sam Houston State University. She has an excellent eye for style and space. Aprils commitment to design has allowed her to lead clients in a direction outside of their limits. Aprils has the ability to understand the fine line between a completely designed room vs. a room filled with decorations. The difference is huge and its what we try to explain to each of our clients. Anyone can fill a room with accessories, its the right accessories that make it designed. Her style is transitional with a traditional twist and her value to our staff has already proved to be immense. April is also an active supporter of the M.D. Anderson Cancer Foundation.
Annette Ledesma, a licensed Interior Designer. She holds a professional credential in interior design as well as an Associate of applied Science degree and a certificate of specialization in architerctural drafting. Annette has 15 years of professional experience and she has vast knowledge in the art of interior design. Annette's has been published in many design magazines, such as Houston Home and Lifestyles and Outside In. She has immense experience with custom home builders and is well educated on the furniture industry. Her style is classic traditional and we are so happy to have her on our team.
Catherine Dykes, is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. She is member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority and active supporter of the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Catherine has excellent knowledge in AutoCAD and Photoshop. Her ideals on design are you should live in a space that makes you excellent in all aspects of life. She is our newest designer and ready to start building her data base. Catherine is already studing to sit for the NCIDQ, a national test you must complete before you can become a state licensed designer and we are supporting her 100% on her goals to make interior design not only a passion but a profession.
Jean Williams, has been with Deborah and Jody since day one. She is the woman making it all happen behind the scenes. While Jean loves to spend time in the showroom and helping walkins as much as possible, she is very busy taking care of all our accounting and processing inventory. Jean is actively involved in her church and an avid tennis player as well. She is also a volunteer at the Pearland Neighborhood center.
