We start with a detailed design brief – to learn about what you want your property to deliver for you.
Jody Moerbe Cornelius, a top interior designer and color consultant, will visit your site for an in-depth consultation and inspection of your property, assessing the size, floor plan and aspect of each room.

The next stage is preparation of a detailed concept for your home. This contains all elements of the recommended interior design and interior decorating for your home – including paint colors, floor coverings, accessories, furniture design and layout and lighting.

The concept encapsulates all aspects of your design into one integrated whole – so you can see at a glance the essence of your design. This includes dimensions of furniture, cost and availability of stock and overall project budget.

Once you have approved the design concept, budget and timelines we get to work!
