A&E Network Show FLIPPED OFF Deal or No Deal episode 5

On the June 16th episode of A&E’s FLIPPED OFF, Deal or No Deal, Brown Interiors was brought in again to give this house just the right touch of what it needed to get it sold!

After Russell, Shawn & Kristen all go through all the up’s and down’s from possibly having a spirit in the house to a wild raccoon making himself at home, they end up overcoming their obstacle’s and come out on top.

Brown Interiors knew the Hantz brothers had to sell this house quick. This task didn’t come without a few obstacles of our own. With a double living concept, we had a lot of open space to furnish. Jody, had to come up with a layout that would not only accentuate the work the Hantz brothers had done, but also show future home owners how amazing living in this space could be. This is the part we enjoy the most, the challenge of walking into an empty space and creating an environment that can welcome anyone home.
Here are a few still frames of us on the job:

Our fabulous delivery truck pulling up to unload all the furniture we used to stage the home.
Look @ Jody on the TV screen!

Here we go starting to make this place look fabulous.
Harrison, “measuring twice, nailing once” – that’s our motto.
Below is Brown Interiors finished work staging the TV house:
This family room is a new addition to the previous floor plan. We thought it needed a more cozy feeling by using a warm color palette. Warm, simple and crisp = perfect!
In the dining room we used a  favorite vendor of ours, Hooker furniture, for the dining table & chairs from the Indigo Creek collection. Our designers found Loloi Rug, Largo Barstools and accessories from Uttermost & Arteriors.  All can be purchased thru Brown Interiors!

Jody gave the master bedroom a modern, but classic look with a Barbara Berry bedding set and Chandra white shag rug. The double-layered curtains filter light to protect furniture and give privacy.

This guest room is on the smaller side, however, Brown Interiors used one of their local Houston manufacturers, Dickson Furniture and designed a knock out room. This space looked great for the open house.
