Brown Interiors wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return merchandise purchased at Brown Interiors. All returned items must be in “like new” condition and in its original packaging. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. Merchandise paid by cash or check will be refunded by corporate check and mailed.
Please, contact us first before you return your items! For defective or damaged items as well as items that do not match the description on the Brown Interiors detailed page we require pictures. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply to your request within 24 business hours and provide you with all the information needed for your return.
Please note that online returns are subject to the following in accordance with Brown Interiors return policies.
The cost of your return label, as well as the original shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any of the following conditions:
• Buyer changes their mind
• Accidental order
• Better price available
• No longer needed
• No longer wanted
• Didn’t fit the room
• The item is returned more than 15 days past the return window
• “Item arrived too late” when the item was delivered within the Expected Delivery Window on your order page.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Proof of purchase is required and return authorization must be obtained prior to the return of shipment. An order cannot be canceled once it has started processing. If you decide to cancel your order after processing, our standard return policy will apply.
Fourteen days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available. All items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition with all the original packing material included.
Products should be returned in their original packaging as much as possible. Outside the box, write your order number and your return address. Inside, include your printed order slip and/or contact information, order number, and the reason for return. We recommend you choose a shipping method that is trackable.
